Must be 18, due to the nature of the work. (Working around hazardous equipment and machinery)

Job Description:

• Assist in the installation of plants, trees, shrubs, and sod.
• Operate equipment such as trenchers, augers, mini loaders, and skid steers for landscape installation.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure job sites are kept clean and organized.
• Work closely with the team to complete projects on time and to high standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure proper use.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in landscape installation preferred, but not required.
• Experience operating a trencher, auger, mini loader, and skid steer is a plus.
• Familiarity with planting techniques, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish, but not required.
• Prior military service is a plus.

Work Location: Various locations throughout the Conroe/Houston Area.

Workweek Details: Full Time; Day Shift; Monday to Friday: 7am - 5pm; Weekends as needed.
