POS I T I ON SUM M A R Y

The Entry Level Regeneration Operator will work in a dynamic plant/factory environment, performing various operations and tasks under close supervision. This entry-level role involves executing a series of predefined processes related to regeneration, including equipment handling, monitoring of operations, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The operator will receive guidance and support from experienced team members to ensure efficient and accurate task completion.

  • Understanding and efficiently operating a complex, manually operated and controlled chemical feed and recovery system.

  • Monitoring and adjusting system parameters to achieve high quality results.

  • Moving, emptying and filling vessels

  • Perform QC checks on filled vessels including leak checks and flow testing using designated test stations, handheld an automated measuring equipment

  • Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of equipment.

  • Entering and maintaining accurate data in various record logs for inventory accuracy and QC records retention.

  • Assist in troubleshooting machine operations/processes to improve efficiency

  • Assist in resolving routine manufacturing and/or maintenance related problems affecting daily operations.

  • Maintaining a safe and clean work area by actively participating in housekeeping responsibilities

POS I T I ON REQU I R E M EN T S

  • High School Diplomaor GED

  • Must beableto readand writein English.

  • Must completesite-specific safety training

  • Ability to communicate clearly to team members regardingbatchstatusandprocess.

  • Must beableto readinstructions

  • Basic mathskills

  • Some manufacturing/plant experiencepreferred

  • Forkliftdriving preferred

  • Knowledgeof workingon computers/plant controlsystems

Salary range:

$34,000.00 - $54,500.00
