Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

We are looking for skilled therapist who are interested making client connections while promoting the benefits of therapeutic massage and spa treatments for their wellness regimen.

We provide kinetic wellness (bodywork) and relaxation therapies through a unique combination of therapeutic services and products including massage, spa treatments, hydrotherapy, and esthetics. THE SPAAH provides customers with a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere where mind and body needs can be met for an enhanced wellness regimen. We keep bodies in motion!

THE SPAAH, LLC continues to grow within its community serving clients with excellent services and products. We are independently and locally owned; a have a new 5000sq foot facility housing massage treatment rooms, salon, med spa services, float pod, infrared sauna and salt room.

Position Overview:\ The role of the Therapist is to fulfill the needs of the clients by performing the best massage and spa services possible. They will also be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service. Maintaining a clean work environment and professional demeanor.

Must posses an Arkansas license (LMT) and at least one (1) year experience preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to work in the spa industry, desire to thrive as a team member in our wellness spa.

Main Responsibilities include:

Perform services as requested to include:

• Client intake and assessment
• Quality therapeutic massage
• Adapt massage sessions to client needs
• Spa service add-ons (training provided)
• Understand and communicate the health benefits of massage and spa services.
• Client soap notes and care plans as trained.
• Engaging customers
• Timely and reliable attendance
• Additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Arkansas Massage Therapy license
• Previous one (1) year experience (preferred)
• Effective communication skills
• Able to perform at a minimum Swedish and Deep Tissue
• Other modalities a plus
• Willingness to participate in continuing education
• Maintain client and spa confidentiality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to engage and retain customers
• Neat and clean appearance
• Passionate about the spa industry
• Ability to pass background check
