ForeStar Industries is a custom metal fabricator for the marine industry. Our company has been around for over 30 years. We are looking to add a crew member to our location in Phillipsburg, Missouri (about 10 minutes from Lebanon, MO).

Work with customer service to prioritize shipments, work open Purchase Order Report, and create documentation to ship to customers. Shipping Clerk responsibilities include:

• Working through email to expedite or any circumstance
• Identifying past due and back-orders that can be shipped
• Create and prin Pick Tickets for pulling and staging product to be shipped
• Create the pessary paperwork to ship product according to the shipping requirements provided by customers
• Verify Pick Tickets, create Bill of Lading and Packing lists
• Print custom carton labels and pallet labels for customer shipments
• Send the PO#/Tracking number to Forestar invoicing for inclusion on the final customer invoice

Work with the warehouse leader as necessary to stock and pull inventory, double check shipments for accuracy, and help with general warehouse duties.

Work with customer service and the warehouse leader to inspect incoming products for issues or defects, identify non-conforming product, separate, label and quarantine non-conforming product and help insure that quality products are shipped.

Must have good clerical skills and be able to perform routine physical duties, including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs each when needed.
