Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The main duties of the Maintenance Technician are to ensure that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshoot during unscheduled equipment downtime, and complete preventive maintenance service. This role involves providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performing scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment. The Technician will perform duties including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines. Additionally, the Technician supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S, maintains and performs repairs to the facility, and participates in special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current.

  • Troubleshoot during unscheduled equipment downtime.

  • Complete preventive maintenance service.

  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.

  • Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment.

  • Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.

  • Support an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

  • Maintain and perform repairs to the facility.

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00
