Quality Technician Position Summary The Quality Technician I conducts advanced dimensional and visual inspections across various manufacturing processes. This role involves utilizing diverse inspection methods and equipment, ensuring compliance with company and GMP guidelines. Additionally, the technician contributes to quality record maintenance, recommends documentation improvements, and supports quality system adherence. 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm Responsibilities Quality Technician Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections for first article, gage R&R, and process capability studies.
  • Audit and train employees on inspection equipment and procedures.
  • Interpret SPC results.
  • Operate and program precision testing equipment such as tool scope, CMM, and vision systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and coworkers.
  • Recommend quality documentation enhancements.
  • Execute responsibilities of a Quality Inspector.
  • Comply with work instructions and set up sheets.
  • Input production data into the ERP system promptly.
  • Adhere to company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
  • Collaborate with various business segments.
  • Ensure proper implementation and functioning of business systems.
  • Participate in company meetings and Operational Excellence Program.
  • Maintain an organized work area (5S).
  • Perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications Quality Technician Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of quality assurance experience.
  • Proficiency in inspection equipment use and maintenance.
  • Intermediate GD&T knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Prioritization and multitasking abilities.
