Location - Coopersburg, PA

Job Summary: Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, inspecting facilities, and addressing any repairs or issues. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with painting, patching, carpentry and tile repairs. The Maintenance Technician will work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. The ability to effectively use hand and power tools is required, along with following safety procedures and guidelines. Working knowledge of building HVAC, Fire protection systems, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus.

Job Description: Inspect facilities regularly and identify any issues or repairs needed Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, or appliances Install or assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain inventory of tools and equipment Follow safety procedures and guidelines when performing tasks Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience: Proven experience as a handyman, carpenter, or painter Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and tiling Multi-trade experience Ability to use hand and power tools effectively Excellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well ability to work with third party contractors.
