Requirements:

Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of fast-food experience

You must be 18 years or older

Managers lead shifts every day, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to our customers.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which include planning for each shift, food safety, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift.

Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:

  • Food Safety

  • Quality Food Production

  • Internal Communication

  • Inventory Management

  • Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness

  • Managing Crew - leading by example.

  • Exceptional Customer Service

  • Safety and Security- Act as the food safety leader

  • Scheduling & Traning

  • Creating daily goals for your team

  • Adhere to all Open/Closing shift checklists

  • Coordinate all cash handling policies and procedures

  • Respond quickly and effectively to all emergency situations

  • Be encouraging of your team, coach when standards are not being met, Help where you are BEST NEEDED, and celebrate successes!

  • Keep, bathrooms, kitchen line, floors, lobby, and drink station clean and organized

  • Clean and maintain all fixtures, windows, tables, and chairs

  • Ensure the hospitality crew is always assigned to the lobby during the peak periods
