Location: Coos Bay Hours: Hourly position, shifts and hours vary. This position does require ability to work weekend. The Mobile Crew Technician will be responsible for completing various specialty projects including stripping and refinishing of hard floors, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and construction clean up. Mobile Crew Technician\'s are dedicated to providing the highest quality cleaning and customer service. This is a great opportunity for on-the-job professional training, as well as certification from industry-leading organizations such as the IICRC In addition, the Mobile Crew Technician has the following responsibilities: Set up the vehicle at the job site using the proper set-up procedures. Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning. Apply protection and deodorizers; or agents and color seal to carpet and furniture or tile and grout. Wipe all baseboards. Account for and return all cleaning tools and cleaning agents, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the vehicle before departure from the customer\'s facility. Clean vehicle at end of each day. Proper inventory of blocks, pads, spotting agents and retail items on truck. Maintain professional certifications required by contracts. Uphold all company safety policies. Uphold all company policies and procedures. Represent BAE in a professional manner demonstrating excellent customer service skills and showing respect for client home and property. All other duties as assigned to ensure that the department and organizational strategic goals and mission are met. Possibility of helping with other departmental needs, such as covering janitorial sites. Required Qualifications Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass federal, state, and local background checks. Must pass drug test (THC testing not included).
