Robert Half Project Manager in Coppell, Texas

Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Coppell, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of project management, including new customer or product implementations, process or platform improvements, and technology implementations. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring their successful delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.

• Create comprehensive project plans, including requirements, implementation strategies, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and training documentation.

• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress and success.

• Communicate and coordinate any interdependencies with partner teams to ensure a cohesive project progression.

• Implement effective change management strategies to support projects and minimize disruption.

• Actively communicate with key technology and business leadership to ensure project awareness and engagement.

• Identify opportunities for further improvements in KPI reporting, visibility, and tracking within existing projects.

• Escalate issues for resolution as necessary.

• Leverage skills in Enterprise Resource Planning, Change Management, and Cybersecurity policies and standards to enhance project outcomes. Requirements • Must have a proven track record in project management

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Experience with the 'About Time' project management tool is desirable

• Must have a strong understanding of Change Management principles

• Should have knowledge of Cyber security policies and standards

• Excellent communication and leadership skills are critical

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Must have strong problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred

• Relevant certifications in project management will be an advantage Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
