Spectrum Sales Advancement Manager I, Carrier, Spectrum Enterprise in Coppell, Texas

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

You are a pivotal operational member of the Carrier Account Sales team. You act independently within a pre-sale environment supporting internal Sales teams and their Carrier clients in person and digitally. You establish partner relationships to provide quick responses to large, multi-site K1 and complex deals.

WHAT OUR SALES ADVANCEMENT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

  • Support Carrier Service Access Account Executives and provide backup support to other Sales Advancement Managers.

  • Provide pre-sale and upsell activities, including sales proposals, pre-sale management of complex deals and multi-site opportunities, sales database maintenance and highlighting new products and additional services.

  • Partner with the Carrier Quote Desk to access multiple internal and external applications and portals to manage opportunities that require a fast response.

  • Analyze data and prepare responses for multi-site opportunities to provide optimal pricing.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering to identify site survey challenges.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Two or more years of telecommunications experience.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new process tools.

  • Skills: Presentation, leadership and English communication skills.

  • Abilities: Proven ability to respond to client requests for quotes efficiently; Comfortable escalating within various levels and resolving issues using out-of-the-box thinking.

  • Travel : Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building strong Carrier client relationships.

  • Understanding of the Carrier business.

  • Familiar with Salesforce.
