The Senior Program Coordinator coordinates day-to-day operations of online business programs. Moreover, the incumbent assists with the development, organization, production, and evaluation of the programs to achieve the unit’s and School’s mission, goals, and objectives. An employee in this position demonstrates familiarity with University policies and procedures and ensures program compliance. The Senior Program Coordinator provides organizational support and assists with administrative tasks directly related to online business programs. This position supports the Vice Dean of Lifelong Learning and Executive Education and reports to the Assistant Director of Online Programs.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS

Works closely with students to continuously evaluate their learning experience and improve quality and value of the programs and initiatives. Registers students for courses using University procedures and systems. Supports strategic partnerships with external entities and organizations. Creates periodic enrollment, budget, and other statistical and narrative reports to ensure operations are within plan. Assists with database maintenance and enrollment management. Ensures administrative processes and associated forms for student and instructor services are completed in a timely manner. Responds to various requests and telephone, email, and internet submissions for all programs. Assists with preparation of faculty payroll for the program. Plans and participates in open houses, for the department. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered

DEPARTMENT ADDENDUM

Department Specific Functions

Assist with the management, strategic planning, and day-to-day execution of all processes associated with online graduate business degree programs and MHBS online certificates and bootcamps. Support the admissions process for online graduate business degree programs. Oversee and support online business degree student life cycle from point of application through graduation clearance. Coordinate and support recruitment, yield, and student engagement activities for online graduate business degree programs. Coordinate and support rankings and accreditation efforts for online business degree programs, and non-degree programs as relevant. Support strategic planning for and execution of B2B efforts related to all MHBS graduate online initiatives. Support the online graduate business team with expense reports, purchase orders, scheduling, and the like. Assist in managing online business degree programs’ presence on various social media platforms. Other duties as assigned.
