Part-Time Office Assistant Wanted!

We are looking for someone who loves to keep things running smoothly, is a whiz at organization, and enjoys being the go-to person for making things happen! This role is part-time working up to 20 hours/week.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the Office MVP:
  • Greet visitors and teammates

  • Manage incoming mail and keep office and breakroom supplies stocked

  • Create employee badges and help manage building access.

    Keep Things Fun and Functional:
  • Plan awesome company events and coordinate travel or meals when needed.

  • Help us celebrate employee milestones with gifts and recognition events.

    Support Leadership & HR:
  • Be the President’s right hand with scheduling, document prep, and more.

  • Help with recruitment tasks like interview scheduling and candidate communication.

    Keep Everyone in the Loop:
  • Master our communication channels (email, intranet, print) to keep our distributed workforce informed and engaged.

Skills You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • A knack for Microsoft Office (bonus points for SharePoint know-how).

  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.

  • Top-notch organizational and time management skills

  • A knack for problem solving

  • A friendly, customer-focused vibe that makes everyone feel supported and valued.

What You’ve Got:

  • A high school diploma or GED (an Associate’s Degree in communications or something similar? Even better!).

  • 1-2 years of related experience or training
