We are seeking Director of Finance to join our team at our program.  This is a remote position.  The Director of Finance will provide oversight and management of the IDD/ICF divisional finance team. The position will be responsible for providing financial support, financial planning, and forecasting analysis utilizing systems and advanced Excel skills. Develop employees to enable them to assume increasingly complex financial and budgeting assignments, assisting them in achieving professional development goals.  *   Financial Support and Analysis  *  Oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting for the IDD/ICF division.  *  Provide comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and cost control measures.  *  Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed financial models, forecasts, and scenarios to support decision-making.  *  Implement and manage financial systems and tools to streamline financial processes and reporting.   *   Financial Planning and Forecasting  *  Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.  *  Develop and maintain financial forecasts, adjusting as needed based on actual performance and changing conditions.  *  Analyze financial trends and provide insights to senior management to support strategic planning.   *   Team Development and Leadership  *  Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on increasingly complex financial and budgeting assignments.  *  Identify training needs and provide or facilitate professional development opportunities.  *  Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.  *  Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve departmental objectives.   *   Process Improvement  *  Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.  *  Implement best practices for financial management and reporting within the division.  *  Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.   *   Communication and Collaboration  *  Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters within the IDD/ICF division.  *  Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support cross-functional initiatives.  *  Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders.   To fill out an on-line application: www.merakey.org/careers  Requestion number: 94493  Benefits  Merakey offers medical, dental - vision insurance plans, competitive compensation plans and more!  *  DailyPay  *  Work/Life Balance  *  Flexible Schedules  *  Cell Phone Discount Plans  *  Employee Referral Bonuses  *  Tuition Reimbursement  *  Care.com Membership   About Merakey  Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services.
