Play a key role as a strategy leader and thought partner with the business to influence strategic growth planning and development. Conduct detailed data analysis and gather insights on the sporting goods industry to inform Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. Build customer journeys and tactical roadmaps to ensure GTM strategies can be brought to life by working teams across the business. Lead financial investment assessments to determine expected costs and associated investments to ensure our roadmaps and strategies can be implemented. Engage and partner with external agencies and consulting partners to progress key initiatives as needed. Project manage priority initiatives in cross-functional settings (e.g., Technology, Athlete Analytics, marketing, finance) to drive efforts to support our omnichannel business. Outside of the core strategic planning and execution, engage in priority rotational development experiences, including recruiting MBA students on campus, leading MBA summer interns, and networking with senior executive leadership in the company.

Master's or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or related field plus five years of progressive, related experience.
