Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Cordova, Tennessee

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in CORDOVA, Tennessee. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be playing a crucial role in our team by ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations. Your work will involve tasks such as managing inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate data records.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication by answering inbound calls in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Provide top-notch customer service to clients and customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions

• Accurately input and update customer data in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date

• Manage email correspondence with customers, answering their queries and providing necessary information

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring seamless communication

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and record keeping

• Use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence and scheduling appointments

• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint when required

• Draft and edit documents using Microsoft Word, maintaining proper formatting and accuracy. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally

• Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service

• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience with email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functionalities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, particularly with scheduling and calendar management features

• Proficient in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document creation, editing, and formatting

• Experience in scheduling appointments, demonstrating strong organizational skills TalentMatch®
