The Data Entry Clerk will accurately enter large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases, among other accounting and finance support functions. Your responsibilities

• Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met

• Working with highly confidential materials

• Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies

• Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes

• Working on special projects as assigned

• Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks

• Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities Requirements - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Microsoft SQL experience

• 10 Key Skills experience

• Solid understanding of data entry

• Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

• Strong organization skills

• Perform a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Can work independently with minimal supervision
