Description

Robert Half is in search of a Staff Accountant with NetSuite System experience for a reputable client. The ideal candidate will possess a detailed understanding of accounting and financial procedures, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in NetSuite. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and control the General Ledger and various sub-ledgers.

• Prepare financial reports and statements in accordance with legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

• Implement and comply with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

• Provide assistance in the budget preparation and management activities.

• Utilize NetSuite system for financial tasks and to streamline company efficiencies.

• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.

• Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.

• Collaborate with other teams to achieve business goals.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant, specifically with NetSuite system experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting software applications, specifically NetSuite.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
