Our client is a leading healthcare company with multiple openings for Call Center Representatives local to Corona, CA. Candidates fluent in Spanish and English highly preferred. This is a 6-month assignment to start, with paid training and equipment provided to work from home. Only candidates living within 1-hour of Corona, CA will be considered. HS Diploma/GED and 2+ years of call center experience required. Weekends, holidays, and open availability to work between the hours of 7am-9:30pm PST required. No time-off during the first 90 days off the assignment. Applicants that meet the qualifications will be sent 3 assessments required to pass in order to be considered.

salary: $23 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun 8am-9:30pm PST (5x8, Five - 8 hour shifts)

  • Weekends and some holidays required

  • Orientation and Equipment pickup are onsite for the first day, but the position is fully remote.

  • Office is located in Corona, CA 92881

  • Pay Rate for Bi-Lingual Candidates: Training: $24/hr (first 90 days). Production: $25.03/hr

  • Paid weekly. (W-2 Randstad)

  • Duration: 6 month contract assignment, potential to extend or convert based on performance and attendance

  • No time off during training (first 90 days of assignment)

Job Description:

  • The Membership Services Representative is responsible for the increase in customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients and providers with accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information.

  • They will provide higher level support to members' inquiries and issues as they utilize the healthcare plan and provider services, continuing to build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines.

  • They will answer heavy inbound calls, and provide customer support while navigating multiple computer applications.

  • Responds professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers.

  • Promotes, ensures and provides customer service to internal/external customers by demonstrating skills which are consistent with the organization's philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service.
