Job opportunity available with a leading healthcare company in Corona, CA. They are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join their Member Services Team. If you desire weekly pay, the opportunity to work 100% remote, and gain admirable experience with a reputable company, then this is the job for you! *Must Live within 1 hour of of 1840 California Ave., Corona, CA 92881 Contract position with the option to extend and access to full-time openings companywide.

salary: $23 - $24.03 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 9:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls

• Assist Members w/ benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.

• Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles/demographics

• Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology

The essential functions of this role include:
