GreatLIFE Golf is looking to add an experienced Corporate Office Assistant to join our team. This position will come with a full benefits package to include Medical, Dental and Vision coverage as well as Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay. This position will start off working 30-35 hours per week, more as workload increases. Our corporate office has a very causal atmosphere with flexible hours available based on scheduling needs. Pay Range: $18 to $20 per hour

Provides clerical and organizational support for executives within the corporate office to include a variety of tasks that support different departments within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees clerical tasks such as sorting mail and directing phone calls to the appropriate department

  • Welcoming visitors to the office space and fielding/directing general inquiries and calls

  • Supports executives in scheduling travel, both inbound and outbound.

  • Coordinates important business meetings for internal, external and new business inquiries

  • Assists with daily office functions such as printing, copying, mailing and other key areas of daily office work

  • Orders and maintains office supplies

  • Provides support as required in completing audits, spreadsheets, power point presentations and relationships with vendors

  • Ability to communicate effectively with department heads and executives

  • Maintains and troubleshoots issues with office technology

  • Supports the coordination and planning of local office events as well as company wide events.

  • Regular and reliable attendance.

  • Performs other duties as required.

Degree/Licenses:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 12 to 24 months related experience and/or training.

Physical Demands:

Frequently sits, uses hands to finger, feel or handle, reaches with arms and hands, talks or hears. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
