Replenishment Specialist/Analysts partner with a variety of cross-functional teams including Merchandising Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Suppliers, Logistics and Store Operations to manage product inventory replenishment throughout our entire company. You will follow current replenishment policies and practices in support of our in-stock and inventory productivity targets as well as driving meaningful change throughout our growing company!

This position is HIGHLY analytical in nature, leveraging a wide array of current and future technology. Advanced data manipulation and problem-solving skills are required in this fast-paced position. The role is designed specifically for a recent college graduate or a candidate with retail background that is looking to advance their career in an exciting environment focused on fostering continued growth, education, and opportunity.

• Candy Diplomacy

• Be the go-to liaison between the Home Office, Stores, and Supplier Partners

• Optimize inventory levels through intelligent replenishment and inventory balancing techniques

• Partner with Compliance and Inventory Control for any inventory-related challenges

• Actively follow-up on all open purchase orders and tracking to ensure timely delivery to stores

• Reconcile, clean-up and communicate all past due purchase orders to the Team

• Participate in a variety of OneBBX Culture-Building Opportunities

• Begin to participate in cross-functional team assignments and meetings

• Begin to participate in supplier partner meetings

• Sweet Strategy

• Use your keen understanding of business operations and intelligence to support and enhance our sales strategy

• Participate in regular weekly Team meetings to share knowledge, discuss the overall business trends, opportunities and risks, and develop actions to drive the business

• Assist in the identification of product inventory opportunities and risks

• Provide detailed review of inventory stockouts and develop actionable correction strategies

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandise presentation, inventory levels and flow, offering support to all operational initiatives and adjustments

• Assist in regular assortment evaluation and review

• Assist with creation and distribution of a variety of weekly reporting as assigned

• Dive into data analytics to understand and improve upon success metrics

• Track the performance of product styles and assist in future demand forecasting

• Craft messages and reports that present clear and compelling results

• Build upon an understanding of a wide variety of store size/types/volumes/capacities

• Deadline Delicacies

• Manage deadlines like a pro through effective time-management

• Ensure store delivery logistics meet the demand for the company

• Assist in flawless execution of product launches in partnership with Marketing, Merchandising, Suppliers and Logistics

• Layer and reprioritize tasks based on urgency and impact while remaining cool under pressure

  What you need to join the fun! (besides SUGAR)

• MUST have 2+ years of Retail Store Experience (Retail Leadership experience is a plus!)

• MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field

• Advanced Data Analysis and Manipulation skills including Excel, Power BI, Power Query, etc. preferred

• Previous experience with replenishing product in a dropship environment strongly preferred

• Experience or interest in emerging technologies (including AI, etc.)

• Strong communication skills both written and oral to all levels of the organization

• Strong ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced, growing environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
