The incumbent is responsible for representing the Department of Social Services at Family Court, Supreme Court, Surrogate Court, and City Court in the following areas, Child Welfare, Temporary Assistance, Medical Assistance, Adult Protective, and Persons in Need of Supervision, Juvenile Delinquency, Support Enforcement and other related social services programs. Supervision may be exercised over the work of attorneys and subordinate staff. The work is performed under the supervision of the Commissioner of Social Services and in accordance to established laws and rules. Does related work as required. Work Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week with benefitsSalary: $100,000-$115,000/yr.
