Job Title: General Production

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated individual with a strong track record of great attendance to join our team in a general production role. This position involves working in a dirty manufacturing environment at a custom rubber compounding and mixing facility.

Responsibilities include palletizing rubber, cross-training in batching, mill helper roles, and more.

Successful candidates will start with lacing tasks, which involve neatly weaving long strips of manufactured rubber onto pallets.

With proven capability, further cross-training in various production areas will be provided.

Use of various hand and power tools, impact drills, grinders and sanders

Work Site & Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Corvallis, Oregon.

The role is based in a very dirty facility due to the rubber production process.

Will be exposed to rubber dust and should expect it on their clothes by the end of the day.

The facility consists of three buildings where individuals work independently at stations but collaboratively as a team to accomplish daily tasks.
