Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of event management experience, including planning, promotion, execution and assessment. Proven ability to take projects from conception to execution, with strong organizational skills and the capacity to work independently. Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong decision-making, leadership and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop practical strategies and solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly. Demonstrated success and willingness to participate in a team environment and collaborate effectively with faculty, administrators, senior leaders and stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to promoting and enhancing equity, access and inclusion. Good judgment, discretion and tact, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders. Experience working in higher education and/or complex, decentralized organizations.
