10578 – Sr. Business Process Consultant

Purpose:

The Senior Business Process Consultant is a self-motivated professional responsible for leading, strategizing, designing , and supporting business operations and product management i n connected vehicle services. This position requires close collaboration with various departments and management to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance .

Essential Functions:

  • L ead and manage all aspects of connectivity service-related business planning and operations

  • Assess, define, and improve business processes

  • Act as a key consultant and coordinate with internal and external teams to develop proposals

  • Review, redline, and draft contracts in collaboration with various stakeholders

  • Develop ad-hoc reports based on business needs.

  • Execute and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Good Receipts (GR), and Change Requests (CR) in conjunction with Finance and Procurement teams for billing.

  • Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

  • Monitor and synchronize financial data with Finance’s Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) teams to manage revenue and expenses.

  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, comparison analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance metrics.

  • Develop forecasts based on business input and trends.

  • Track budgets and forecasts to monitor variances and record insights for future forecasts.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess potential financial impacts of business decisions and to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and policies.

  • Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

    Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in the field of business, computers, information systems or related degree.

  • 7-10 years of IT exp. or industry work experience in consulting, strategic planning, business process design and IT governance and/or relevant project experience. 

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in the Telematics, Telecommunications, or automobile industry.

  • Utilize best practices for general business, administrative, and operational procedures.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing financial reports and analyses.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges

  • Ability to work effectively without direct supervision

  • Ability to build relationships across stakeholders in business and IT organizations

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Fusion)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

     

    Salary Range - $112,830 to $173,756
