REPORTS TO:

Operations Manager

Essential accountabilities:

· Oversee efficiency of operational processes

· Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support

· Analyze business requirements and customer needs

· Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs

· Monitor and report on department performance

· Supervise and train employees

· Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory)

· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

· Maintains accurate inventory levels and good housekeeping within the Inventory department staging areas.

· Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies within 24 hours, by interacting with team members and other departments.

· Corrects out-of-balance and bad product scans.

· Manages a safe work environment by advocating safety training, accident preparedness, and compliance with Company, OSHA, and other standards and regulations. Ensures adherence to proper safety and sanitation regulations and the appropriate policies/procedures.

· Monitors system movements and works directly with all departments to drive corrective actions.

· Maintains a high level of Quality, Customer Service, and regulatory compliance.

· Establish and maintain effective relationships with peers, team and senior management to communicate effectively and strategically implement solutions.

· Coaches employees and holds them accountable for following company policies.

· Performs any other miscellaneous inventory/reporting duties identified by the Warehouse Manager or General Manager duties as required.

Requirements

· Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role

· Hands-on experience implementing operational processes

· Excellent project management skills

· Knowledge of operational principles and policies

· Organizational skills and attention to detail

· Team leadership

· A degree in operations management or business administration is a plus
