J ob Summary

The Contract Analyst is accountable for maintaining complete, accurate and up to date contract pricing of contract items in the ERP Contract Module. Incumbent is responsible for reviewing each contract at least 60 days prior expiration for appropriate action including renewable, replacement, and/or renegotiation to ensure all items with contract pricing has correct and valid contract pricing and effective date.

Job Requirements

M inimum Education Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associates Degree with three (3) years Materials Management experience or college course work with five (5) years Materials Management experience.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

Three (3) years of experience in Purchasing or Materials Management. Two (2) years of experience in contract management or in depth knowledge of contract management. Excellent customer service skills required.

Minimum License Requirement :

None.

Pay Range:

$31.03 - $46.54
