Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Northern Kentucky. This role involves a combination of payroll and bookkeeping tasks, as well as the chance to grow and develop within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a technological background and be willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Processing in-house payroll including taxes, paychecks, and deposits

• Acting as a backup for bookkeeping tasks

• Reconciliation of accounts and bank statements

• Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word products to maintain and manage data

• Utilizing QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks with training provided if necessary

• Assisting with month end close processes

• Continually learning and applying new information related to payroll and bookkeeping procedures.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Ability to handle Bank Reconciliations

• Demonstrated skills in Bookkeeping

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close operations

• Ability to manage Payroll

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
