POSITION: Fence Post Installation/Laborer / Grounds

This Job Description is intended to describe the general duties/nature of the level of work being performed by this position. DUTIES: > Operation of company vehicles transporting fencing materials to around property > Perform loading and unloading of fencing materials, ensuring materials are correctly accounted for, loads secured, and materials are not damaged during transportation. > Coordination with the team supervisor on each tasks and updates with thorough communication, ensuring the accuracy of each project performed. > Performing snow removal duties on routes designated to ensure fencing projects can continue in inclement weather > Additional Duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: > 1-2 years of work experience in related field preferred > Knowledgeable with heavy equipment and maintenance preferred but not required > Strong work ethic and communication skills > Able to bend lift and work out with in the elements > Grounds maintenance is a plus > Approval for Hiring is contingent upon successfully passing a background check prior to your Hiring/Acceptance/Offer. This background check does not report to any credit bureau and no impact will be seen on the applicants side.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: > Possess a valid Colorado driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record > Ability to liaise with other departments to achieve a common goal > Able to lift 75lbs or more, physical abilities needed to complete the job: lifting and carrying heavy materials such as furniture, equipment, and tools. Some tasks involve; climbing, crawling, and stooping to reach. Need to be able to; pull, push or manipulate heavy objects against resistance, work outdoors in temperature extremes and inclement weather. This work is performed in outdoor, shop, and office settings. > Remove snow in winter conditions and keep outdoor areas safe during bad weather > Able to maintain confidentiality; demonstrates sound judgement and discretion

WAGE: $55,000 Paid Bi-Weekly 80 Hrs.

JOB SITE: Craig, CO. Horse Refuge, on-site/in-person work needed
