PennEnergy Resources LLC. Facilities Maintenance Technician in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing oil field labor tasks alone or as part of a crew under the direction of a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. This position will install, repair, replace, maintain, and transport equipment and parts as needed. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform mechanical installation and repairs, equipment operating, troubleshooting, planning, and manual labor as directed.

Manually lift, carry, and handle construction supplies and materials.
Operate and become certified in equipment such as Telehandlers, Manlifts, and rigging/hoisting systems.
Maintain DOT compliance by staying current on the required DOT Physical Card. Will be required to drive a company vehicle/trailer combination of 17,001-26,000 GVW.
Assemble, dismantle, repair, and maintain equipment and piping, including cutting, threading, pipe-fitting, and tubing.
Work on elevated surfaces requiring fall protection and transport materials to various locations.
Inspect work areas for safety, troubleshoot production equipment issues, and perform general repairs and maintenance on oil & gas systems.
Maintain and organize tools, parts, and storage areas, while collaborating with the procurement team.
Understand gas flow and production facility equipment, supporting facility modifications and preventative maintenance tasks like valve lubrication, painting, and air compressor servicing.
Communicate daily progress and report spills, incidents, hazards, or abnormalities to the Facilities Supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
DOT Physical Card
HES OSHA Training
Equipment & Power Tool Operating experience
Mechanical & General laborer experience including pipe threading and tubing
Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Rigging Hoisting Signaling Cert
Fall Protection Training
Hot Work Training
General knowledge of pipeline construction processes
Oil & Gas experience
Experience working with regulatory and environmental requirements.
Electrical Experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position is primarily based in the field (e.g., at drilling and well sites) with occasional visits to PennEnergy Resources corporate office. Subject to extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor, and typing. The position will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including wet, humid, cold, heat, loud noise, vibrations, gases, fumes, mists, dust, and odors during onsite visitation.
REGULAR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time hourly position with a regular schedule of 40-hour work weeks based on a predetermined production schedule. Extended hours may be needed on occasion to complete Company objectives. This position will be required to be accessible for call outs beyond standard working hours. Up to 75% of travel is required to work sites beyond the corporate office. Must provide own transportation and be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle.
