Senior Paint Technician - 112006  

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Arconic is currently in search of Senior Paint Technician to join our Kawneer Business in Cranberry Township, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a painter for our paint department. This role will be critical in our production of our aluminum sticks which will be used primarily for our commercial windows. Paint is applied via an automated process so this position will be to set up the equipment and monitor the work including but not limited to:  * Function as painter and/or shake and bake.    * Back up and assist the hourly team lead as needed.    * Train other paint employees.    * Confined space, EPA, OSHA, DOT certified/trained.   * Identify defects.    * Monitor ovens, washers, and reoxidizers.    * Data entry into paint line computer system.    * Perform all quality checks as required.    * Perform TPM/AM as required.   * Use hand tools and other required equipment.   * Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments as related to production.   * Participate in and able to lead daily L1 meetings.  * All other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications   * 1 year manufacturing experience,  * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
