What You Will Do:

Supply Chain CFO responsible for providing controller leadership and partnership to both Supply Chain Operations and Finance in a complex multi-DC network as well as liaising with DO Leadership, Account Supply Chain, Commercial Finance and the Logistics teams to drive Value Creation.

  • Manage $200M+ in P&L costs, developing budgets/trends and recommending corrective courses of action.

  • Provide financial leadership on Commercial and Business strategy as it relates to Cost to Serve, the way we trade and Value Creation.

  • Improve Gross Margin by driving organizational accountability and performance on cost per unit and productivity metrics.

  • Ownership of the financial integrity, reporting/analysis generated via the Transportation team and freight payment system ensuring sound financial data.

  • Ensure adherence to all Logistics/Supply Chain internal controls, providing training and developing best practices as needed.

  • Liaise with the proper teams to improve Health of Inventory (HOI) and reduce E&O and drive sustainability.

  • Partner with the relevant teams to improve Cash Flow via AR (OTIF) and HOI.

  • Manage the financial close process including ownership and reconciliations of relevant Balance Sheet and P&L lines.

  • Participate in Cost to Serve benchmark studies with Global DGO Supply Chain.

  • Develop financial reports to support effective expense management.

  • Provide monthly analysis of DC performance metrics versus budget, trends and prior years.

  • Lead special projects and/or participate on project teams as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 7-10 years of Finance Experience

  • Proven leadership ability

  • Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive problem solving

  • Drive process and reporting improvements

  • Strong strategic/forward thinking skills.

  • Ability to influence business partners.

  • Self-Directed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP preferred
