Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant based in Cranbury, New Jersey. This role involves managing and administering employer-sponsored retirement plans, specifically 401(k) programs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage employer-sponsored 401(k) programs

• Provide advisory services related to retirement plans

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of retirement plan rules, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operation of retirement programs

• Communicate with employers and plan participants to maximize the value of retirement programs

• Use Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage and process customer data

• Handle 401k - RRSP Administration duties

• Respond to inquiries via email and other communication channels

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Ability to handle and respond to inquiries promptly

• Strong skills in email correspondence

• Knowledge of financial services industry

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High level of attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
