Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this part-time role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Your contributions will be vital in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

  • Provide direct support and training to clients in various settings, including homes and schools.

  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency in behavior management.

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to adjust to the needs of clients and families.
