Job Title: Logistician

Job Description

This client is currently hiring for 3 Logisticians to support the Next Generation Jammer program through the Electronic Warfare Division at Crane.

Hard Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program

  • Experience with fleet support

  • Experience with sustainment of both Prime Mission Equipment and Support Equipment

  • Ability to prepare Program Objective Memorandums (POMs), budgets, and resource estimates

  • Review and analysis of deliverables, briefs, plans, and engineering source data

  • Experience with Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Technical Directives (TDs)

Soft Skills

  • Multitasking

  • Ability to interface directly with various stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills to brief internal and external stakeholders

  • Leadership skills to direct product support/logistics team

  • Analytical skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Crane, Indiana and some days remote.

Work Environment

The role involves collaboration with Platform and NGJ-MB Pod OEMs, Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs), NAVAIR Commands, Squadrons, and Fleet Operators and Maintainers. The work includes both individual and team tasks, requiring regular briefings and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
