KBR is seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and experienced Project Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and general business support to the senior and mid-level management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs specialized assignments relating to typing, word processing, and graphics illustration using computers with little direction. Performs various support services such as reproduction equipment to produce large volumes of documents, courier service, mail service, etc. Maintains personnel and other files; prepares correspondence and schedules and coordinates travel. Assists in the preparation of documents and supports the development of contract deliverables and reports. Responsible for integrating the graphics generated with automated tools and the deliverable documents. Set up meetings, record meeting minutes, & allocate action items. Support project progress & deliverables by generating and analyzing reports, attending customer meetings to identify requirements, and reviewing existing requirements for validity. Acts as a liaison between internal teams to support the development and implementation of new systems and the enhancement of current systems. Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in preparing and distributing project reports and summaries. Perform analysis - numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis. Enter project data accurately into databases and assist in data analysis. Additional tasks as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Citizenship: US Citizenship Required

Clearance: Ability to obtain a D.O.D Secret Clearance

Education: High School Diploma. B.S. Preferred.

Experience: 0-4 years of administrative or secretarial experience.

Technical Capabilities: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience organizing, scheduling, and taking dictation or detailed meeting minutes.

Experience working in government or industry in relevant work areas

Experience supporting sensitive mission activities

Experience writing system level software requirements
