CACI is seeking a Senior Program Analyst with expertise in Earned Value Management, resource management, and leading teams preparing program acquisition documentation and presentation material.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide innovative, well designed, and integrated approaches to acquisition management and life cycle logistics for a variety of EO/IR projects to provide program sponsors and stakeholders operationally superior and affordable systems.

  • Provide programmatic support for current programs’ objectives and acquisition strategies, professional program support service including programmatic services, procurement documentation development, financial, logistics and meeting support.

  • Provide in-depth knowledge to aide in the development and delivery of acquisition documentation.

  • Provide support in the development of program/project plans, budgets, and schedules.

  • Support the research, coordination, preparation, and review of acquisition documentation for new EO/IR system procurements.

  • Provide in-depth knowledge of acquisition and life cycle procedures to support the development of: Strategic Plans; Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M); Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions and Purchase Request (PR) documents; mission needs; program studies/analyses; and associated procurement documentation.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.

  • Bachelor of Science / Arts (BS/BA) in related field with >10 years of support of ACAT I, II, or III program(s) as Program Analyst5+ years of preforming on an installation and depot maintenance team.

  • Expertise in Earned Value management, resource management, and quantification/analysis of risk

  • Seven years’ experience leading teams preparing program acquisition documentation and presentation material.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Current Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

  • Master’s degree in business related field with ≤15 years support of ACAT I, II, or III program(s) as Program Analyst

  • Desired expertise in Earned Value management, resource management, and

  • quantification/analysis of risk.

  • 10 years’ experience leading teams preparing program acquisition documentation and presentation material.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100 - $141,000
