Unique Maintenance Position - Start ASAP!

Title: Maintenance technician (industrial)

Shift: 12-hour nights, 223 schedule

Pay: $40 - 45/hour (weekly pay, OT available and mandated as needed)

Must Haves: (all listed, preferably 5+ years)

• Allen Bradley PLC (specific), troubleshooting and reading of ladder logic

• Fanuc robot maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming/edits

• Industrial level electrical maintenance; 480v/3-phase motors

• High automation exposure

• AC/DC motor experience

Pluses:

• Allen Bradley PLC Programming

• Kaizen / lean manufacturing experience

• Automotive manufacturing (supplier or manufacturer) experience

Job Overview:

• This position will be supporting the current night shift operation in their daily maintenance duties and responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repaid electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Maintain and repair plant facilities, production equipment, and utilities including electrical distribution, compressed air, plumbing, etc.

• Assist machine operators with machine troubleshooting and set up as necessary.

• Maintain CMMS records of equipment repairs, dates of repairs, and cause of failures.

Work Environment:

• 3rd shift (night shift, 12 hours, 223 schedule)

• Manufacturing Facility

• Steel toe boots, jeans/work pants, protective eye wear

• Non-climate controlled facility
