This is a position for a (LPN (FT)) located in Crystal Springs.

Summary: Responsible to provide preventative and emergency health services and wellness education to students. Evaluates, determines and recommends appropriate medical, mental health and dental. services for student population. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with all HIPAA laws.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data. Ensures Center meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals. Responsible to provide students with Extended Training Day academic activities that complements their training day instruction, including supplemental college preparation. Provides students with comprehensive and individualized case management that ensures student progress, achievement and completion of the Job Corps program. Collaborates with Academic Instructors to develop individual tutoring and Extended Training Day activity plans to meet student needs. Coordinates with off-Center Extended Training Day partners to deliver academic services. Ensures classroom is well organized and conducive to student learning. Holds students accountable for following Center's dress code/behavioral standards of conduct. Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely and accurate manner

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

 High School Diploma or equivalent required. LPN Certification from an accredited program and a valid, active, unrestricted in-state license to practice as an LPN required. A minimum of one year of health care experience preferred. Regional Approval required.
