Aerotek is looking for manufacturing workers with 2 – 3 years of experience operating machines, repairing machines, or assembling products. We are looking for candidates who are detail oriented and looking to build a career in aerospace parts manufacturing!

Job Description:

• Operating heat treatment equipment and machinery

• Altering the physical and chemical properties of materials

• Cleaning, hardening, or tempering metals

• Heat treaters work with metals like iron, steel, and alloys

• Load materials into gas furnaces, vacuum furnaces, salt baths, and chemical solutions

• Stage and move materials with a variety of material handling equipment

Work Environment:

The heat treating area varies in temperature. Those who apply should be comfortable with warm temperatures near machines. This company employs nearly 900 people and runs on 3 shifts. Training for the first 2-3 months occurs on the 1st shift from 7 AM - 3 PM. New hires will then transition to weekend day or night shift.

Weekend Day: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Weekend Night: 7:00pm – 7:00am
