Job Overview:

A well-established company in Cupertino is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This role will handle a range of responsibilities related to processing and managing invoices, vendor relations, and maintaining financial records. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Ensure timely payments and resolve payment issues or discrepancies.

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Reconcile accounts payable balances and assist with audits.

• Maintain records and reports in accordance with accounting principles and regulations.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.

• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).

• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls.

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
