Our US Education Business Operations team is seeking a dynamic sales operations professional with excellent analytical skills, creativity, and interpersonal abilities to support the end-to-end route-to-market strategy for our Higher Education business in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and gaining a deep understanding of the programs, incentives, and strategies that drive a multi-route-to-market business. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Sales teams to ensure operational excellence through strategic planning, business partnerships, and actionable business insights. Through your analytical skills and collaboration, you will help transform the way people teach, learn, and work.

Description

In this role, you will: - Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data to enhance overall sales productivity. - Develop and track critical performance indicators to deepen business understanding and inform decision-making, ultimately driving improvements in sales and revenue growth. - Standardize tools, methodologies, and business processes to increase operational efficiency. - Work with complex data sets to generate insights, playing a pivotal role in weekly and monthly business reviews, and contributing to the development of reporting packages that support Higher Education sales initiatives. - Develop engaging and interactive business intelligence reports, including KPIs, operating metrics, business metrics, ad-hoc queries, dashboards, and scorecards that provide decision-makers with rapid insights. - Lead the end-to-end Higher Education Channel expansion strategy, from onboarding new resellers to managing product authorizations, incentives, and funding programs. - Support the quarterly Higher Education Back Margin process, including goal reviews, proof of performance validation, and cadence management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience

  • Background in Sales Operations, Finance, Business Operations, financial/business operations support, ideally within the Education sector.

  • Strong analytical skills and passion for using data and insights to drive business decisions

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills for complex, data-driven analysis

  • Proficiency in advanced Tableau design, development, and publishing

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or similar analytical/business intelligence field

  • Experience with Channel operations, including Campus Resellers, covering partner authorizations, programs, incentives, and relationship management is highly preferred

  • Ability to define, extract, and manipulate data to build reports, data visualization dashboards, and translate insights into actionable results through storytelling

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate analysis clearly

  • Ability to aggregate information from multiple sources to formulate a cohesive strategy or direction

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, manage, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
