Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Associate to take on more complex responsibilities in processing and managing payables. The successful candidate will have advanced accounts payable experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with various departments. This role is ideal for those looking to take their accounting career to the next level within a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

• Process and review high-volume, complex invoices and payments.

• Coordinate with department heads to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment delays.

• Prepare and review financial reports related to accounts payable for management review.

• Lead month-end close procedures and assist in financial audits.

• Mentor early career accounts payable staff, providing guidance and training.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.

• Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).

• In-depth understanding of accounts payable functions and internal controls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
