Description

The General Laborer is a key contributor to the success of Mach3 Machine's production operations. This position ensures the seamless movement of materials and projects by loading and unloading trucks, delivering and picking up parts, transporting materials, and keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe. 

This role provides exposure to a wide range of machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes, making it an excellent entry point for individuals interested in advancing their careers in machining. The General Laborer will have opportunities to work alongside skilled machinists, gaining valuable experience as an apprentice or assistant.

Essential Functions: 

• Keep work areas and the plant clean and organized. 
• Contributes to team effort by collaborating and supporting the team on projects. 
• Regularly loads and unloads trucks with parts and materials. 
• Often called on to deliver or pick up parts from suppliers or other shops. 
• Provides building maintenance and upkeep as needed.

Requirements

• Must have driver's license and good driving record

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail
