Job Description

• The Engineering Technician will perform complex duties for the assembly, fabrication, and modification of optoelectronics/microelectronics hardware.

• You will execute manufacturing process plans, test requirements, manufacturing flow, and capacity plans.

• Most tasks will be hands-on and performed in a cleanroom/lab environment.

Hard Skills

• Manufacturing engineering technician and assembly for prototypes and R&D programs

• Electronics - microelectronics and optoelectronics, sensors, wire bonding

• Aerospace or space standards - IPC, AS9100, ESD

Job Type

• This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

• This is a fully on-site position in Cypress, California.

Work Environment

• You will work within the Electro Optical Infrared Systems (EOIS) line of business, which has locations at multiple sites.

• The EOIS develops, manufactures, and supports infrared and electro-optical solutions for soldiers, ground vehicles, and airborne platforms.

• The Cypress location has 120 employees and features cleanrooms, office space, assembly areas, and a manufacturing floor.
