Adecco US, Inc. Health Plan Benefits Install Specialist in Cypress, California

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Health Plan Benefits Install Specialist job opportunity located in Cypress, CA 90630 zip code .

Pay rate: $24.08 – 32.11/HR (depending upon experience)

Shift: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm PST (training in office, then fully remote)

Length: 6 months

Job Duties:

  • Positions related to installing, implementing & amending health plan benefits.

  • Responsible for overall benefit loading using various databases and/or source documents.

  • May include auditing benefit loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Associates degree preferred.

  • Health Care Experience - utilize knowledge of benefits products to verify information and support creation of plan documents.

  • Proficient in Excel - know how to cut, copy, paste, use filters, pivots, and formulas.

  • Demonstrate understanding of relevant software applications (e.g., SharePoint; Microsoft Teams, Outlook; Excel; & Word).

  • Additional knowledge of OHBS Facets and PIF Tracker, nice to have.

  • Analytical individual who can demonstrate understanding of internal operations, workflow, policies, and procedures.

  • Attention to detail, enter relevant data (e.g., codes; benefits changes; new information) into claim system.

  • Self-motivated Individual, able to work on own, who can prioritize and organizes own work to meet deadlines.

  • Team Player who works with internal subject matter experts to ensure benefits are entered timely.

  • Collaborator who works exclusively within a specific knowledge area.

  • Comfortable working in multiple systems - update relevant tracking systems with actions and resolution information.

Pay Details: $24.08 to $32.11 per hour
