We are constantly innovating and tapping the latest technologies such as machine learning, data science and whatever else it takes to keep customers secure.

As an EMEA PR Manager, you will be part of the EMEA LATAM Corporate Communications team, leading the Partner & Ecosystems Communications PR programme for the region, you will bring experience and best practice to the team. You will also be responsible for leading the overall PR programme for the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria), as well as other EMEA markets.

The position will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, EMEA & LATAM. The preferred location for this role is Germany (either Berlin, Munich, Dusseldorf or Frankfurt is preferred).

EMEA is a vibrant and complex region for business communications, and requires a deep understanding of local customs, cultures, the media landscape, messaging techniques and modes of doing business.

Your Impact

Support the EMEA Corporate Communications team to:

  • Plan, execute and manage day-to-day media relations activities in the region

  • Drive and manage quarterly PR thought leadership and creative ideas from conception through to execution across EMEA

  • Work closely with the in-country teams to develop and deliver locally impactful plans and then execute them

  • Write, edit, review and maintain status/drive progress of regional and local press releases, media alerts, FAQ’s and briefing documents

  • Lead the PR Programme in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland in Austria) and directly collaborate with and manage the local PR Agency

  • Lead the EMEA Partner and Ecosystems PR Programme strategy and execution across markets, driving review and approval of partner content, in close collaboration with the Partner and Ecosystems PR Lead at HQ

  • Work with the EMEA regional PR agencies as well as PR leads (across different time zones) to develop compelling stories and narratives aligned to key milestones

  • Support execution of our global PR strategy

Your Experience

  • 5-8 years experience in communications with a focus on tech and / or cybersecurity

  • Experience in the DACH market is essential, with wider EMEA experience a plus

  • Multilingual with the ability to work across cultures

  • Requirement to be a German native speaker and have an advanced level of business English, additional languages are a plus

  • Experience in leading and managing Partner and Ecosystems PR is a plus

  • Strong understanding of the DACH and overall regional media environment, with a proven track record of building media relationships and originating and shaping content that drives conversations

  • Experience working with agencies across multiple countries

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, overseeing timely, first-rate execution

  • A team player and creative thinker, with experience working with global teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, writing samples required

  • Ability and willingness to travel when necessary is a requirement
