We are seeking a sharp and detail oriented accounting coordinator to join our team in Downtown Dallas. In this role, you will be supporting the accounting team with various projects, month end accounting duties, and research in regards to conflicts of interest within new customer billings. Previous experience working with Elite 3E or similar legal billing/ accounting softwares is highly preferred. Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity of all accounting systems

• Perform high volume data entry as needed

• Perform legal billing and accounting

• Provide new client and matter conflict reports

• Identify possible conflicts of interest

• Prepare accounting and financial reports

• Perform credit card and bank reconciliations

• Assist in any Ad Hoc projects as required
