Description We are on the hunt for a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to be part of our team in Dallas, Texas. The position offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your main focus will be on handling vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receipts, as well as managing and analyzing discrepancies. You will also be required to communicate effectively with vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of vendor invoices with precision and timeliness

• Manage and maintain purchase orders and receipts

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in invoices

• Engage in effective and professional communication with vendors

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tasks such as VLookups and Pivot Tables

• Leverage your skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Account Reconciliation, and Data Entry

• Use Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Perform check runs and invoice processing

• Utilize your experience in Netsuite and Concur for various tasks

• Ensure accurate coding of invoices. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle

• Knowledge of QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
